The projects obtained in this way are essential for a proper assembly and installation of the transmitting antenna system, moreover even national and international ministerial institutions approve DB’s coverage projects when new Radio/TV station construction permissions are presented.
The design is made by using an advanced software able to determine, according to the area to cover, the number and model of transmitting antennas, the assembly plan and the direction.
It is also possible, by using satellite maps, to predict with remarkable accuracy the electrical field at any point of the coverage area.
For terrestrial microwave radio link networks, we can verify the line of sight presence by using satellite maps, calculate the path losses and fading, and determine the characteristics of the link and of the antennas to get the best transmission and reception signals.
